Overall Challenge Experience:

I have more patience and compassion with for my human experience. I feel very proud of myself for starting this new habit I've been wanting to start for a while. I have been kinder to my body and carrying less physical tension.

I now have more tools to process my emotions. I am off to a good start with a new daily meditation practice. I have had a personal breathwork experience that I can share with my clients. I have a better understanding of the benefits of different types of breathwork.

Stick with it. If you’re trying to introduce this as a new daily habit, try adding it to your morning routine. I like to do it in the first hour I’m up. It sets the tone for my day

Overall Challenge Experience:

This is going to be biased and so it might be more helpful to dive back to when I first started doing Breathwork. I can still remember that first week of arriving in my body and being more connected to myself and others which woke me to a whole different perspective on life. At the moment I find Breathwork to help balance out my emotions, bring me to the present moment and smoothly transition into my meditations. I like to stay busy so I find myself re-learning to come back to my body and let things be as they are and trust in the process.

Kind of a irrelevant side note but don't exactly enjoy making videos and being on screen but I feel I have improved in that area, which feels good.

I've recently been noticing a subtle fear about the future subsiding and find myself able to stay more focused on my daily tasks and connections.

Advice, Tips or Encouragment:

I've found it helpful to enter breathwork with an intentional awareness of the body sensations and keep coming back to that subtle present awareness. Our breath can free and heal us in ways we can't even imagine. This challenge was created to help give you an insight to your inner world and the beautiful place you can arrive at when you cultivate that loving space within yourself. ❤️
