Who we are

Rhythm Breathwork (rhythmbreathwork.com) is a breathwork app run by Tyson Hale. Questions about this policy can be sent to tyson@rhythmbreathwork.com.

What we collect

• Your first name, when you join a session as a guest.
• Your email address, if you create an account or ask for an email reminder.
• Your mobile phone number, only if you ask for a text reminder.
• Your practice activity, such as sessions joined and streaks, so we can show your progress.
• An approximate location, only if you choose to appear on the Rhythm Map.

How we use it

We use your information to run the app, send the reminders you ask for, save your progress, and keep the community safe. We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages (SMS)

If you enter your phone number and agree to receive texts, Rhythm Breathwork will send you breathwork session reminders and notifications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time.

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We only share your phone number with the text messaging provider that delivers our messages, and only for that purpose.

Your choices

You can stop texts by replying STOP. You can ask us to see or delete your information at any time by emailing tyson@rhythmbreathwork.com.

Your information is stored with secure, access-controlled services. Only you and our small team can reach your private details.
