I’m grateful you’ve landed here. It’s not every day you wake up and realize it’s time to do Breathwork let alone be curious about joining & supporting the Rhythm Breathwork vision and dream.

After years of teaching and testing different breathwork techniques I came to understand that 7-Days of the right breathwork would be powerful at healing and starting someone on a beautiful transformation to discovering their inner rhythm.

The Rhythm Breathwork Challenge is completely FREE. I wanted to create a simple, distractionless, and peaceful space to do breathwork for myself and others. I do offer perks for those who join but at the core, I will never charge for the Challenge.

I understand I can not reach this 100K goal alone. If you can help out in any way, whether that’s through donations, membership, sponsoring someone, sharing your experience on social media, or supporting those in the Challenge. I’d appreciate it 🥰

It is meant to inspire and create motivation to complete the 7-Day Challenge… and it’s a way for us to congratulate you and thank you for supporting us.

Here’s how it works:

✅ Choose the Level with gift program

✅ Let us know if you want someone else to receive a completion gift. We have an easy form ready for you to fill out.

✅ When you complete the Rhythm Breathwork 7-Day Challenge we’ll mail your certificate and Gift Package.

It is that simple.

3 Important Notes To Remember:

1. Add your shipping address in the Members Home page: You will see a tab in the bar called Gift Package. You can put your shipping address there.

2. I ship twice a month so it may take up to 2 weeks to mail out.

3. Shipping is free inside the United States. Outside the United States, we have a flat rate of $30 to anywhere in the world outside the United States. You will be able to pay this shipping fee when you finish the challenge.

We appreciate your support for as long as you feel comfortable offering but If you need to cancel it’s a simple click of a button on your account page.

It is important to note that all offers in the pricing tables above become inactive once you cancel.

Rhythm Breathwork Facilitator Opportunity: We welcome you with loving arms if you want to be a more vital part of our community. We are always looking for breathwork coaches, facilitators, or group managers. This is a volunteer position until we get to a certain level of constant income but the reward of helping others and being the go-to person has its own form of value.
