Rhythmic Breathing: The Rhythm Breathwork Method
Rhythmic breathing is breathing in a steady, repeating pattern: a smooth inhale and a slightly longer exhale, about six breaths a minute. That rhythm brings your heart and nervous system back into balance. It's the heart of the free Rhythm Breathwork 7-Day Challenge, and for many people it's the first time in years they've felt truly settled.

Tips
- Slow music can help you stay in rhythm.
- Morning or evening both work. Showing up matters more than when.

Make it daily
Turn this into a daily habit
Seven days is all it takes for this to stop being something you try and start being how you feel.
- Feel it working in your very first session. Most people notice the shift before the timer ends.
- By day three, the thing you came for starts showing up: deeper sleep, steadier nerves, real energy.
- By day seven, calm isn't something you chase anymore. It's how you move through your day.
