Want to share your breathwork experience? We are creating a whole section of videos dedicated to the breathwork community.

Two videos you can upload:

1. Upload a video of yourself talking about your breathwork experience: This is a great way to inspire others to continue the challenge and see all that breathwork has to offer.
2. Upload a video of yourself doing a breathwork session: Simply record yourself doing one of our breathwork sessions and upload the video. Then let us know the song and we’ll match it up and create your page with your video.

Your videos will be added to our community breathwork page where members can comment and support you. You might even make it into our upcoming “Community 7-Day Breathwork Challenge.” 

How to record for the Community 7-Day Breathwork Challenge:
Simply record yourself doing a day in the Breathwork Challenge and try to place yourself in the same location on the camera as the video.  For example, if I am on the left side of the video then make a video with yourself on the left side also, that way the text and breathing circle will not block you.  Try to record in 4K if you can and sound is not important to have in the recording cause I will be adding the sound back in myself. 🙏

If you are just looking to record yourself doing breathwork and share it with the community but not for the Challenge that would be wonderful. 
This is a fun and inspiring way to motivate yourself and support the community in their breathwork practice. We know it can be a little vulnerable to record yourself, but it’s pretty cool to feel the support of others if you can summon the courage to do it.

We promise someone will see it, smile, and feel more motivated to continue improving their life.
