This has changed my life. I have found a peaceful space in myself much more then when I started. Thank you.

Jeli, 52Natural born healer

Such amazing breath work sessions followed by serene meditations. What a gift. Thank you for the free resources and challenge to use them.

Krissa, 27Mom, Musician, artist, healer

I have been able to calm my nervous system after learning all the different breathing techniques. As someone with a disease that directly effects my nervous system and my heart, breathwork has helped me to improve this significantly. I couldn't do the retention for longer than 20 seconds when starting, where a normal person's is 35-45 seconds. It felt great to be able to do the entire minute at the end of this week. It has helped me to be more mindful and in the present moment.

Lily, 26Production, sewing, healing, growing

This program has become part of my morning routine and something I look forward to starting my day out in a centered and grounded space. Prioritizing this time for myself has made a difference in how I step into each day in tune with my body and mind and more easily have the ability to regulate my nervous system throughout the day. Thank you for sharing this gift and resource with the collective <3

Kim, 34Drawing, work from home

Feeling more calm, not so overwhelmed.

Mrs D, 60Vegan

I have been using breathwork for some time to manage digestive issues and most recently to recover from childhood trauma. I have noticed I am less likely to default to fear and feelings of blame and shame and when I do, I can quickly turn it around. My ability to focus has improved greatly during the meditation phase which is great.

Juerg, 62Retired, Meditation

Interest in regular breathwork.

Chantal, 51Designer, Qigong, spiritual growth

I was able to calmly walk away from a situation that previously would've upset me for days.

Yu, 43Intuitive Abstract Artist

This challenge reminded me of how powerful breathwork could be. It helped me reduce my anxiety and bring in more positive thinking into my life. I am now more motivated to include breathwork in my daily practice and meditation. Very grateful to the teacher and the team for putting this together!

Mike, 55Therapist, Qi Gong

I would need to do this every day to feel further benefits.

Dale, 71Retired

Making this my new habit. I have done a lot of breath work over the years with Stan Dale, Stan G., rebirthing, vivation to name just a few. Thanks for bringing this back.

Adam, 30Ski, Meditation, Dancing, Music

I feel so much more prepared to be able to do some of these breathwork exercises on my own! I have been checking in on my breath and using it more as an anchor in my daily life lately! I also love the arm breathing technique for letting go of feelings of trauma or really anything. I thought the arm technique was great for me!

Angie, 35Field biotech scientist, mountain sports, mindfulness

I've been struggling to get back into my spiritual practice and was happy when this challenge was presented to me. The breathwork allowed me to deepen my meditative state more than I ever have before and I learned what a crucial piece it is to the whole experience. Looking forward to more content.

Jolene, 67Family, friends, hiking

Noticed I have to focus.

Dexi, 29Massage Therapist, musician, psychology

I have more patience and compassion for my human experience. I feel very proud of myself for starting this new habit I've been wanting to start for a while. I have been kinder to my body and carrying less physical tension. I now have more tools to process my emotions. I am off to a good start with a new daily meditation practice. I have had a personal breathwork experience that I can share with my clients. I have a better understanding of the benefits of different types of breathwork.

Dave, 43Work, sales, play outside

Tbh, I already maintain these practices in my life. It's been great to pair them together and I have found a lot of benefit in that.

Tyson, 40Creator, Outdoors, Intentional, Caring

This is going to be biased and so it might be more helpful to dive back to when I first started doing Breathwork. I can still remember that first week of arriving in my body and being more connected to myself and others which woke me to a whole different perspective on life. At the moment I find Breathwork to help balance out my emotions, bring me to the present moment and smoothly transition into my meditations. I like to stay busy so I find myself re-learning to come back to my body and let things be as they are and trust in the process.
